Honest has recently launched a responsive, e-commerce website for London fashion label, PINGHE.
Leading international designer, Ping He, whose fans include Madonna and Uma Thurman, approached Honest to design and build a responsive e-commerce website to launch her latest collection in the UK. The website launch coincided with the launch of the PINGHE SS14 collection at London Fashion Week.
The brief was to create a visually striking, elegant website which would showcase the PINGHE collection whilst also engaging customers and fans, making them feel part of the brand and making it easy for them to purchase products.
The new PINGHE website is a fully responsive e-commerce website, allowing users to browse and purchase products on any device.
The homepage of the site Honest created features a brand video, which captures the mood of PINGHE’s collection and the idea of ‘elegant resistance’, which underpins all of Ping He’s designs. User interaction and shareable content were the key ideas which informed the design and structure of the website.
The site includes an interactive ‘Studio’ page, which displays images, videos, articles and tweets posted by PINGHE, giving users a glimpse behind the scenes of the fashion label and encouraging them to share the content they find.
