  • A small, versatile agency that did great, effective work for its clients.
  • Without all the politics.
  • So one night they went out and had a couple of drinks together.
  • And they reckoned that they could do better by being HONEST.

What does HONEST mean?

  • We don't have names over the door or anything like that
  • We'll do a great job for you, our clients - otherwise we lose your business
  • The people you meet are the people you work with - that's it
  • We're committed to great creative work that brings results - otherwise you're
    going to fire us
  • We're not big - but just like our clients, we are ambitious

Paul Flower

Paul's background is in brand identity. He has worked with a wide range of brands, including retail brands, Multiyork and Van Hague, leisure brands, Haven Holidays and Go Ape and education brands, University of Cambridge and Cambridge Assessment.

Paul has worked for renowned London branding agencies Enterprise IG (now Brand Union) and The Partners. He also worked for the Spanish branding agency Addison España before returning to Cambridge to work for Flag, and Ware Anthony Rust. He set up Honest with Nick Mellor in 2008.

Nick Mellor

Nick Mellor

Nick has spent the past 22 years in advertising working on TV commercials, radio, press, posters and direct marketing as well as online advertising campaigns. Nick is equally comfortable developing business as well as consumer campaigns and has won numerous awards for his radio, press and outdoor campaigns.

Nick set up Honest with Paul Flower after they had worked together at Ware Anthony Rust for 8 years.

Louise has spent the last 18 years working with a broad range of clients, such as Thomas Cook, John Lewis, M&S Food and Wine and AMEX. With a real passion for brand strategy and planning, Louise believes that using insight-driven brand positioning to drive marketing strategy achieves the best results.
