The role
You will be responsible for generating new business, ongoing business development, creating new business leads, pitching and presenting for new work.
You must have a strong passion for all things digital and have at least 5 years experience in digital strategy, business development and revenue generating roles. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets within an agency environment is paramount as is the ability to understand a client’s brand, marketing and business challenges.
An entrepreneurial flair and ability to self start will be key to this role.
Reporting to the Directors of the company, you will generate new digital business opportunities and deliver significant revenue and profit generation opportunities for Honest. You will take ownership of the business development process from lead generation through to launch. Partnering closely with the digital team, you will deliver strategic thinking and pitch winning proposals.
About You
You must be passionate and knowledgeable about the internet and new technologies, as well as having an interest in advertising and design. In addition, you will have experience gained within digital marketing, advertising or interactive marketing environments across a range of industries both B2B and B2C. As a team player, you will have the confidence to establish a strong rapport and credibility with senior management, developers and designers. You will thrive and be able to lead in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment and have a highly collaborative approach to projects. Experience of managing and coordinating internal teams and strategy projects is essential.
