Aberdeen-Angus is recognised as one of the finest Beef Breeds in the world. The Aberdeen-Angus Cattle Society invited Honest to create a sector leading website which would position them as the No1 Breed Society in the UK, convert non Aberdeen-Angus beef farmers and elevate the brand. The new web design needed to be news driven and to have the capacity for information to be shared and commented on, making it a crucial resource for their audience.

Honest carried out a brand workshop with key Society members, and then spent a day at the Society’s headquarters in Perth and visited breeders’ farms in Scotland to get under the skin of the brand.

A customisable news driven homepage was developed together with a content management system that enabled the client to upload images and text with ease whilst on the move at shows and events.

Honest evolved the brand icon, creating a distinctive roundel which acts as a premium quality endorsement across all forms of brand communication.

Honest now work on all forms of communication for the society.
