This was a perfect creative brief. Market research told us that when local shoppers were buying honey, they were asking where it originated from. They know that only local honey will help with allergies such as hayfever. Therefore we went for the 'does exactly what it says on the tin' approach - Wimbledon Honey'.
We wanted to create an idea that blended both 'Wimbledon' and 'honey', so the tennis ball bee was born. A graphic device that could be applied to all forms of media from the website to an instore shelf-wobbler. Then we looked at the packaging, it needed to have good stand-out on the shelf.
