The challenge

To design and develop the interface for a brand new concept aimed at a global market; targeting anyone wanting to learn English as a second language. The brief was also to create the brand identity and marketing collateral.

The Honest approach

Working alongside the lead client ELiT, we created the logo, identity and style tile, which was used as the basis for the interface design.

As with any large digital project, we started with scoping workshops to get to gain a clear understanding of the requirements and objectives of the project.

We adopted an agile approach to deliver the project, as each stage needed to be designed, developed and tested before the next phase commenced.

Honest's role was to work in collaboration with the client to design and develop the front-end of the platform, to enable their development team to implement the back-end integration.

The project is a major step in the development of natural language processing technology to help non-native speakers learn to read, write and understand English.
