Rebrand for Maxey Grounds & Co, a familiar face on the high street within in the local area, many potential customers perceived that Maxey Grounds was not the right agent for them. They were potentially seen as being out of touch, which was in contrast to the forward-thinking nature of the business. This was not helped by their visual identity which was traditional and dated. With the increase in online agents, Maxey Grounds saw the need to update its approach to maintain relevance and appeal to the local community.
A complete rebrand was the brief, to redesign their brand identity, which included their shopfronts, website design to compete with online property companies, design all stationery, and launch with online and press advertising campaigns to promote the new brand image. Maxey Grounds USP, is their expert local knowledge and that they have shopfronts on the high street in key areas, therefore the campaign line and strapline ‘We’re right up your street’, was created.
