Like many agencies around the world, we decided to ditch the traditional agency model and adopt a leaner, more specialist and dynamic agency model that enables us to react quickly and effectively in a constantly evolving marketplace.

There is one simple reason for this:

  1. The challenge for us and our client’s brands is how we engage with their customers in real-time. Connecting with people on multiple devices, using different technologies and serving up useful content, quickly. Data is transforming marketing like never before, agencies now need technicians, engineers and specialist analysers on board. New channels are going out of fashion as quickly as they came onto the market. Our audiences have never been so diverse, sophisticated and specialist.
  2. The new agency model is lean and agile, able to react to a changing marketplace by bringing in specialists when required. We’re able to build a specialist team around every brief. This means, that a client will get the best possible team for the job.
